Our Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our services. If you’re not satisfied, please let us know within 7 days of your service and we will arrange a complimentary adjustment.

Please note, we cannot guarantee color services if non-professional hair products are used at home.

Cancellation + Booking PolicIes

  • Appointment Reservations: A credit card is required to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 75% of the service price.

  • Punctuality: Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in shortened or altered services

  • No-Shows: Clients who miss appointments without notice will not be rescheduled.

  • Consultations: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required, applicable toward your future service.

  • Service Deposits: Select services require a deposit, refundable up to 7 days before your appointment.

Parking

Please use on-street metered parking via the Flowbird App (we recommend taking a photo of your space number) or use the College Street parking garage.

Wildstylez Asheville is not responsible for parking tickets incurred during your visit.

Service Policies

  • Color Services: Most color services include up to 60 grams of color; additional product will incur an extra fee.

  • Hair Preparation: Please arrive with clean, dry hair. A $20 fee may apply for additional cleaning.

  • Curly Haircuts: For optimal results, arrive with your natural curl pattern.

Product Returns

All product sales are final. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days for store credit, applicable to products only, not services.
